Energy Psychology works with our bodies physical energies to facilitate desired changes in emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Our body is made up of energy that affects how our minds work. When we experience trauma or any unpleasant experience whether it be physical, emotional, mental and or spiritual the experience leaves behind an energetic residue. This energetic residue often creates distortions in our brain patterning creating reactions of intense fear, anxieties, depression, and compulsions. It can disrupt relationships with ourselves and others, and creates behaviors/dynamics that are difficult to break. Even with psychotherapy, psychedelics and other healing modalities this energetic residue is often difficult to remove fully and permanently, because it is so embedded in the brain, body and auric filed. Well not anymore!
Energy Psychology is like a magical formula blending Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), acupuncture points & meridians, tapping, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and psychology. The best thing about it is tangible, fast & effective! Energy Psychology also makes a wonderful additive to be utilized in conjunction with intuitive counseling.
