Psychedelic Intuitive Integration Sessions

Psychedelic integration is the synthesis of the soul, mind and body following non-ordinary state of consciousness from a psychedelic experience. Psychedelic medicines may have the potential to lower addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD and more. When utilized as a medicine these are potent healing tools that can take you deep into your psyche. In a spiritual practice psychedelic medicines are often referred to Entheogens. Indigenous Cultures have used etheogens as catalyst to connect to our deep sense of ourself, inner wisdom, feelings of connectedness to everything in life, finding our purpose in life, and spiritual expansion and awakening. These are potent agents used to expand your mind and heart. They need to be respected and utilized in a safe environment. 

Psychedelic experiences can bring up intense emotions, huge expansions of creativity, deeper passions, a deep sense of connectedness to yourself and the universe, large emotional releases, and physical sensations. Sometimes this experience brings in new perspectives or way of perceiving the world around us. It can also shift how we want to show up in the world and interact with it. It can bring unconscious material from the peripheral vision to the forefront of our awareness. During a psychedelic medicine journey we often have large “aha moments.” These are moments of sudden inspiration, insight, recognition and or comprehension. Sometimes this information can be overwhelming or just a lot of information to process all at one time. Often we may want to suppress new insights, or simply just forget what comes up. It is kind of like having a dream experience if we don’t write it down, talk about it and process it we miss the opportunity for more growth and healing. Without support, it can be challenging to understand and integrate these experiences. 

Healing requires that we engage with these ideas and new found awarenesses. This is what integration is all about. The integration sessions helps us make sense of the gained awareness and integrate these new concepts into our personal healing journeys and our daily life. Professional support can increase the potential for personal transformations that psychedelics can offer and prevents us from stopping short of lasting growth. 

The Integration Process. 

During this process we will explore what has brought you to this unique experience and what you are seeking to gain from it. We will talk about the challenges and insights that may arise during psychedelic experience. We will also explore how these relate to your way of being in the world. I will help you prepare before your psychedelic journey, so you can have the safest experience with the best possible outcome. I will assist you with my therapeutic education, background and deep intuition to find a path that is most fitting for you to work through the issues that are most present for you at this time. After your psychedelic medicine journey I also assist you with intuitive counseling to integrate all of the new found awareness into your everyday life. This helps you continue to work with and keep the wisdom you receive. 

While I acknowledge that most psychedelics are currently illegal, I also understand how powerful these molecules can be, and know that people will and have for many years engage with them despite legal barriers. Many of my clients come from states were some psychedelics medicines have been decriminalized and I am witnessing the increased rates of individuals trying to go about this deep interpersonal psychedelic medicine work on their own, which can be a bit tricky. This is a reason that I am passionate about providing services and support in this area.

I have personal experience with many, but not all, entheogenic medicines currently being used in the “psychedelic renaissance.” I do not provide any medicines.
